The Padellers embarked on its padel adventure in early 2021. Currently, we have 13 locations open, and over the coming year, The Padellers will further expand to 25 locations spread throughout the Netherlands. Our goal is to develop The Padellers into the market leader of Western Europe. To realize our plans, we are looking for club hosts who have a passion for the world of sports and who will work with us to achieve and optimize our growth ambitions.

What do we expect from you?

You are sports-minded and have a passion for the sport of padel.
You have a hands-on mentality and are enthusiastic and hospitable.
You work neatly and structured.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
You are proficient in Dutch, both verbally and in writing. English is a plus.
Additionally, you reside in the vicinity of the location and are available for a minimum of 8-16 hours per week.

TÄTIGKEITEN

You are the primary point of contact on location and, if necessary, explain the rules of padel.

You coordinate the rental of rackets and balls.

You keep track of requests for lessons, court rentals, and events in our administration. Additionally, you independently respond to inquiries from players and/or companies via email and/or phone.

You oversee an event on the day itself, in collaboration with a team.

You ensure that the location looks neat, clean, and well-maintained.

You manage the bar and serve guests according to hospitality guidelines.

You report to the Club Manager.

Profil

As a Club Host at The Padellers, you're the face of one of our locations. Your task is to provide our club members with a fantastic experience in the sport of padel, as well as to effectively promote The Padellers brand. Do you want to contribute to this? Then we're looking for you!
